At ZERO Electric Scooters, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Scooter
Securely pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including all chargers, tools, manuals, and protective foam to prevent shipping damage.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for inspection by our technical team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
